DK Country
Welcome to DK Country! One thing about Delta Church is that we LOVE kids! Your child is important to God and to us, therefore providing your child with a safe, fun, and nurturing environment are high priorities for us. Let's get familiar with what DK Country is all about and how it works.
The Nest: This is where all of our sleepers, creepers, crawlers, and walkers go during the worship service. While at The Nest, your child will have the opportunity to be lovingly cared for, have creative play time, and make some little friends!
The Herd: This appropriately describes our K-5 group! It is Delta's desire to equip parents to be the primary spiritual teachers to their kids. Each morning before service at 10:10am, we are offering a special time for parents and their children to open God's Word, read, learn and grow together in the Gospel. Childcare for babies - preK is offered during service but elementary-age children will remain with their parents throughout the service with their own kids-style teaching. We proudly use the "252" curriculum that encourages family growth (you can check them out at www.252basics.com).
In addition, DK Country will regularly sponsor equipping times for parents & families to learn how to grow spiritually together.
Thanks for all that you do as a parent. Thanks for allowing us to get to know your child. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Children's Ministry Director, Charles Campbell at charles@deltachurch.net.
